Kamilah is an entrepreneur, artist, & the successful and multi-passionate founder & CEO of Katalyst.
She supports & buoys organizations as an interim during leadership transitions and coaches women pivoting from W-2 employee to independent consultant.
" I survived a precarious professional pivot as the primary bread-winner for my family and ended up re-discovering myself, my gifts, and my purpose in the process.
As a consultant, it is my goal to lead with humanity and compassion while I support teams during leadership transition. As an entrepreneur, it is my goal to create spaces of safety, restoration, and community for Black women and other WOC, and to empower any woman who wants a consulting life for herself to know & see that it is possible."

Our Nonprofit Consultant Mastermind Community convenes and uplifts nonprofit consultants. We support and center the needs of Black women and other women of color who have recently transitioned to nonprofit consulting.
You have the supportive environment you need to elevate yourself and your work. We bring the resources and empowering community to you while you navigate (or contemplate) your transition from 9-5 to entrepreneur.
